Booking Details

1. Payment – The investment for a senior session is $500 and can be paid in advance or on the day of the session.

2. Delivery of Product – Inspired Focus Photo & Design will edit the best images from the session and deliver the digital files to the client. Clients will have the option of purchasing print products through an online gallery if they choose. Photographer is not held responsible to save any images after 6 months from the session.

3. Copyright and Prints – Inspired Focus Photo & Design will own the copyright of all photos created from the session. Client has permission to print files on their own and share them online as they desire.

4. Client-Model Release – The client and all subjects included in the photos from the session permit Inspired Focus Photo & Design to hold unchangeable and unrestricted rights to use and publish any photos taken for marketing and advertising purposes online or in print.

5. Inability to Perform – Inspired Focus Photo & Design takes utmost care to honor scheduled session times and to deliver products and services as promised, however, should Inspired Focus Photo & Design be unable to perform services due to severe illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Inspired Focus Photo & Design reserves the right to reschedule the session within a calendar year or delay product delivery. If there is not a suitable time within a calendar year for a session reschedule, the client will receive a full refund, but Inspired Focus Photo & Design will have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limit on liability will also apply in the event that photos are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Inspired Focus Photo & Design. In the event that Inspired Focus Photo & Design fails to perform for any other reason, Inspired Focus Photo & Design will not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client’s order.

6. Exclusive Photographer – Inspired Focus Photo & Design will be the exclusive photographer employed by the client for the purpose of photographing the session. Out of respect for the photographer, guests, family and friends of the client will not be permitted to take photos during the session.

7. Additional Agreements – This agreement includes the entire understanding of both Inspired Focus Photo & Design and the client. Any modifications of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
